Ready to Pay My Dues

Hello All,

I'm relatively new to the BP world and after listening to numerous podcasts the two areas that I've been drawn to the most are the BRRRR method and Wholesaling. My family and I currently reside in New York but may be moving to South Carolina in the next couple months, which leads me to wanting to gain experience in wholesaling first.

With that being said, I would love to pay my dues and earn first hand experience in exchange for giving freely of my time with a proven and experienced whole sale team either in the New York or South Carolina markets. 

I've heard time and again on the podcasts from Josh and Brandon, or the featured guest that one of the best ways to get your feet wet is to do what others won't or don't want to. I am willing to start from the bottom and learn the ins and outs. My desire, passion and drive to learn are strong and would love to help an established wholesaler in exchange for learning firsthand either virtually or alongside.

Excited and hopeful for an opportunity or any feedback to help get me started on this journey!
