Do you know of any reia meetings in the area?

I feel I have a strong grasp of how to fund deals, now I need to find them. before I go gungho in my search for great deals I feel the need to meet with a local lawyer.

I look forward to meeting and speaking with those with knowledge in this area of expertise. 

My business partner lives in Tampa and has the ability to put eyes on potential properties, shake hands with potential partners, and meet face-to-face with potential investors.

If you're just starting out, I would encourage you to find some local real estate investor groups that meet each month or so.

I will be relocating there after the new year.Additionally, I'll be in Los Angeles in two weeks and would love the chance to meet up with local experts.Thank you so much!

When you get a house under contract (typically the hardest part, which would mean that you found a house that would meet an investor's criteria and the numbers made sense) you have to find a buyer for it.So you'll first have to send your signed contract to your attorney/title company so that they can do all of their work checking the title and whatnot.
