I've used propstream, but I would like to find something that is just a pay per list, not monthly fee.Second, are there any tools that allow you to search for individuals that have owned multiple properties over a given period of time? 

They like the idea of selling it, then out of nowhere they want to keep it.

If your parents are worried because of your age, bring one with you and it could be a cool thing to do once a month together.

If you have the income, buy as big of a place as you can afford (like a quadplex).

Now i send this property to my buyers list with verbiage of "realtors stack your fee on top".

I’m fairly new to the self-managing/property management business and certainly new to dealing with section 8 tenants.I have a potential section 8 tenant who has inquired about one of my properties and they are in their opinion “disgusted” with the way the carpet looks however up until this point in my efforts of marketing the property I have not had one complaint concerning the carpet.That being said she has requested to rip out the carpet, in turn to replace the carpet with hardwood floors.
