I am liking what I am reading as far as the terms and options are concerned with Quickline Capital.

I want to purchase my primary home there with creative financing options, because like all of us I want to set more favorable terms than the traditional lenders can set.

To make a really long story short, I have just completed a Short-Sale of a single-family home a business partner and I built in Horseshoe Bay, Texas, right outside of Austin, Texas.Our Operating Agreement states that we are to split 50%/50% of all expenses within the business and treat any unexpected monies due as loans and paid back equally amongst the partners.

I've done everything in residential real estate (wholesale, rehab, normal rentals, short-term vacation rentals, turnkey, property management, private lending). 

The lending terms (specifically the down payment requirement) are generally much more favorable for an owner occupant and you can always convert it to a rental property down the road.Good luck!

It's a means of producing income, not long-term wealth. 

It is slightly under rented for the area just slowly trying to raise on long term tenants.

I think PR is an amazing long term investment opportunity but you have to be patient.

The only way to have leads pouring in is to rank #1-3 and preferably #1 across tons of varied search terms. 

As long as this 4plex would be in a high-cost area then conventional would still be a possibility for you.
