I know in York you can put it in the tenants name but they can put a lien if unpaid and rack up a lot of late fees. 

No need to worry about wifi/bluetooth issues and unique codes per guest so they can't check in too early or leave too late.

The PM has not called to say they provided special refunds due to the Carona virus so I suspect the guests will be stuck with the charge if it does not get re-booked (hopefully the PM is not going to tell us that they refunded the money for a late cancellation).   

Representative Ricks and I met with the lobbyist of the sheriff's association and worked out a five-point addendum this afternoon. 

I'm a little late to the thread so not sure if this will make a difference, but I think a couple major things need to be clarified (more in response to the comments rather than the post)-- When people say you pay a "premium" for turnkeys, people tend to mistaken that to mean paying over market value for a turnkey.

Eviction judge tells me my tenant (who is 2 months late) is not made of money & gives him another week to get out.

Timing to be ready to rent in late spring is critical.

I posted the property for rent on my personal social media that afternoon and had 5 interested parties, 2 of which are serious, both work in healthcare.
