I don't have any solutions here, other than I will suggest that you go with the best level of financing you qualify for and don't miss out on buying while you look for something that doesn't exist.  

I do not know the solution to this problem but the following is my current opinion which I warn you is not mainstream: My current idea is to work through a large bank to obtain a swap interest rate hedge.

Although buying these housing solutions have several steps to the process, they are affordable and sustainable solutions.So, to really get started with selling, land solutions need to be available.

I've just read about 1031 exchanges, but that seems like a very good solution in this case.
