We have gone to both Fortune Builders and Success Paths 3-day events.

In the event any draft or deposit is made without good funds available a fee of $500,000 shall be assessed for each worthless draft or deposit as an accounting charge. 

There are tons of very seasoned, lightly seasoned, and ready to be seasoned investors at those events.  

We are hosting a couple events this month including a workshop on how to monetize your passion and our REIA NYC Relaunch Celebration.  

I'm looking to create an event on a Monday or Tuesday towards the end of this month.

Your freedom speaks to me, as part of the reason I want to be a full-time investor is to have the freedom to be at every ball game, every event that my kids have, as well as the financial freedom that comes.

My question is on the power of sale part - we both agreed that in event that I cannot repay the loan, I would give up the property and he can gain full control without having to foreclose.
