Even if I know I'm going to be sitting on an app for a week or so while waiting for something to make it a clean package for underwriting, I generally still get the disclosures out & signed just to be sure that we're right with John Law. 

But for me I use Craigslist and a few different apps and I find it difficult to find deals that stand out.

(Y) My tenants seem to like the app, so that's a big plus, but I'm not 100% sure regarding the invoice naming issue...

I'd also recommend downloading the meet-up app and attend a couple of investor meet ups to network and meet like minded individuals in the area.
