Hi all! I am a 22 y/o soon to be graduate looking to get into REI through house flipping and rental properties. While close family has always owned rental properties, this will be a first for me personally.

Currently I'm reading through the forums and the beginning lessons posted here on the website and picking up on what needs to be done for preparation. I will be picking up the book Rich Dad Poor Dad to start.

Excited to get into this industry and look forward to learning everything I can here.

@Edward Stewart @Cayce Baierski Welcome to BP and the Houston area investor community. Great market to be involved in. I would recommend start listening to the podcast Just like cayce, there is tons of great information. I'd also recommend downloading the meet-up app and attend a couple of investor meet ups to network and meet like minded individuals in the area. If you ever need anything or Have any questions you can reach out to me anytime, I'd be happy to help anyway I can.  I'm a Investor friendly Realtor with Remax Signature, again welcome y'all.
