So I ended up taking the securities exams and joining up with a broker dealer. 

Buy a few units at their cost, rent them out and become an area dealer of the tiny houses.

I find it hard to believe any pest would eat the entire wire and not leave a bunch of waste or droppings of some sort behind.Any signs of human tampering?
