I want to start this thread to get ideas, opinions and valuable tips on how to do it RIGHT.Lately I have been reading on this subject ,extensively , and trying to learn as much as I could.

We purchased the home on 4/26/2022 for $270,000, invested $40,000 in renovations, and sold it for $359,000 on 11/4/2022.

You will have to do some structural improvements, as well as adding electrical and plumbing.

We build trust and improve our chances of finishing the deal by assuring sellers of a smooth closing process and showing our commitment with large deposits.

We purchased the home on 02/18/2022 for $220,000, invested $1,500 in renovations and sold it for $245,000 on 11/10/2022.

Last month Microsoft closed on another 200 acres in the area for future builds.Beyond data centers other huge Capital Improvements are being done in the area.

I am curious if there is anyone with experience in owning real estate in another country being a US working citizen and have some tips on how taxes operate if I were to list that property on Airbnb in a foreign country and so on (any other tips you can offer towards this)...
