The reason I don't suggest getting your RE license is that there are monthly fees you have to pay to the Broker for hanging your license with them.

I think the reason for the difference in profit is because when a property sells at the auctions for more than $1 million I am often the only bidder left at that price and sometimes there is only 1 other bidder hanging in, but I never can figure out why the other bidders give up so early when there is a huge profit waiting to be grabbed up.The truth!
