Thanks I don't know your area but for me and my wife we had to just jump in and learn there are people that know you don't know and are looking to make a quick buck I guess mentoring  is not bad but I'm still green and I learn a lot by just  buying a house and asking a lot of questions always double check everything ,fear of not knowing can be a big bear but once you get closer you will see that it's not that bad.
