Also get some business card and past them out door-to-door.

You can open a saving account at a bank(s) and get a loan against it or get a secured credit card.  

REIA meetings will be attending my first one this month already have business cards made up for it and my certificate printed out.

I Plan on also getting a business credit card under my trust name i create .I know it's hard to get business credit when first starting but if i use a tradeline shouldn't that speed up the process?
