A generic lawyer will not know the codes.

I use those generic tools to look for ways to improve my state forms.I'd join a local rental property group, and/or see if your state has a landlord association.  

I do not believe in supplementing my tenants rent by being below average and see no reason why any landlord would.

The decision you need to make is based on whether you want to be a landlord long distance, take the normal risks associated with the business and most importantly can you afford to supplement your tenants rent if the cash flow is negative.

., if the owner doesn't want pets, and the prospective tenant has pets, the system would just say something generic, like: :We are sorry, but this unit does not allow pets.  

Keep it short and generic.  

It can be supplemental but is not necessary.  

A lot of the gut kits are generic and won't work right in certain toilets.If you can't do it yourself,I would wait until you have problems. 

We are only in business to make money not provide affordable housing or supplement tenants rents.
