Anyway, full gut, just finally launched 3 units in early June and scratched out $18K for the month, July is booked for $28k with probably another $3-4k available to book, and then we’re putting another $10k into the property the first week of August to build a new walkway to the access, porches, outdoor shower, etc.

My real estate agent said I should wait until the deal is finalized to start marketing the apartment online.

The fee isn't showed until the final closing estimate is done, which every company is different on how they show it.

UNFORTUNATELY, those sources of income have not been finalized and the gi bill isn't an official form of income according to the VA.

They're finally up to 50% and the local companies (Dow, Phillips 66, Chevron) are starting to begin large projects.
