I'm not in a vacation type spot so a 7 night minimum isn't an option, but I wish I could because I think no one is booking for seven nights just to throw a party. :)

In the future, to reduce exposure, I would probably rent through a LLC - either a large place in an awkward spot (i.e. on a busy street, not surrounded by homes) or a commercial office that was previously a home and turn it back into a residence.Hope this answer helps.Best,Dave

The double wide sits exactly in the spot where the new home will be built, so it must be moved. 

Talk with some park owners who are investor friendly  , I  think that would be the spot to start on this.

I have seen other mobiles for sale that needed work for more then what I'm selling this one for so I thought this thing was going to pop in just a few days since it's ready to move in (there's one soft spot in teh floor.)
