Any suggestions on how to showing up on a daily basis to partake in what's being offered and what's everyone's favorite part of BiggerPockets?

The BP meetups are still my favorite to this day and I have done several deals as a result of them.    

As they said in one of my favorite movies, The Big Short: "People hate to think about bad things happening, so they always underestimate their likelihood."

BP is my new favorite way to learn about REI, and I like to come here to get honest and direct answers to my admittedly plebeian questions.

PS- my favorite part about having property in Birmingham is the tax write off for all my travel expenses when I go see my family/check on my property every year!

now that is VALUABLE for the cash buyer - it SAVES time as they may not even feel like they need to go out to the property before talking numbers with you.Make it easy for YOUR customers and bring them good deals and you will become one of their favorite wholesalers.P.S.
