Anybody willing to share a sample version or a template they've worked with, or a good resource for making sure I've got all my bases covered?  

Florida has a "landlord handbook" that has all the details about evictions and sample forms you can probably get your county specific at your county clerk of the court web site or pick it up at the court house. 

There are probably sample forms for both documents located under "tools" and "fileplace" in the tool bar.

I'm trying to find some samples on here...do you know of any samples I can look at?

Please be careful and exercise a healthy skepticism when choosing who you learn from.

You should request a sample settlement statement and make sure it includes all costs.

By going through the exercise of translating the lender terms to your projects expected financing costs you just might find that the difference in one lenders terms over the other isn't monetarily significant.
