I wasn’t to worried before but after hearing the PA news and CA stay at home I’m worried now

Don't throw a good deal away because you have been listening to a hysterical news anchor looking for your attention for two hours and now your mind is freaking out. 

Probably an independent landlord who's not keeping up with the news there will be no evictions allowed during the crisis the courts have been closed in the governor has already stated that there will be no evictions for non-payment of rent.
