Hi All. I need some advice. I'm just finishing up renovating my house in order to sell it and was going to list it in one or two weeks. Unfortunately, I live in the San Francisco Bay Area where there is a stay in place order. I had taken out loans to finish the reno, and I really need to get those paid off. Should I list now? Should I find a buyer that can pay off the mortgage and loans, and seller finance the rest? I don't think renting is a good idea right now because rents are being put on hold. Any suggestions would be very welcome. Thanks!!
