You use your assumptions to see if the expenses are high.We know we run properties more efficiently, due to economies of scale.  

Hi guys, I'm posting this opportunity for an Investor/Lender to help out a friend and his family not to lose his home which he've had worked hard upgrading for the last 12 years while being scammed.After making a couple of bad decisions, including getting a hard money loan to pay off his home, now the year of the loan is due and he needs to return $210k to the lender, which is now 90 days late.The property has been upgraded with granite countertops, hardwood floors, tile throughout, and extra efficiency, a deck, etc.Appraised three months ago for $285k. 

Overtime air bubbles get trapped in the radiators, this makes them less efficient and less heat gets pushed out of them.

However, it seems to me that it would be harder and less efficient to manage a business with 10 SFRs than a single 10 unit apartment complex.

Hourly jobs often can exceed the cost when the world no incentive to get the job done efficiently.

I would spend the extra money on foam insulation in the rafters, keeps things very energy efficient and only put insulated batting in the exterior walls.   

You can't market efficiently unless you know what you want.

If I have to inspect 150 units in a building, I need to get that done quickly and efficiently.

in 15 years of MH investing and repair - Lonnie Deals, landlording, wholesaling - my conclusion on roof replacement (accounted as "repair", usually) is:If it's a standard metal trailer roof, a membrane roof is most cost effective and efficient.
