Good evening BP, I have searched all through the wholesale forums, along with the "flipping contracts" discussion topic and put together an 8 step plan to wholesale contracts while Driving for Dollars, from what I learned.

I simply respond "I'm not prepared to discuss other offers."

A good lesson is to never sign off on a change order unless it has been discussed, shown to you, and you and he agree it is extra and the price is reasonable.

If you only have a couple thousand in the bank, you're pretty limited in what you can do, unless you find the alternative financing options that so many on these forums discuss.
