Will depend on several factors like the type of property, type of tenants, your risk tolerance, other assets you own, your estate planning, laws where the property is located, etc.

I could see the story of virtual staging or not also be dependent on asset class, price point, and market norms as well. 

You're depending on one person's opinion of the value of your property.

I plan on holding for 6-10 years and see where we are at and will refi or sell depending on equity and cashflow #'s.
