Next have business cards made and leave  one with every customer you serve .

I did not even have business cards until 8 years into landlording business.

When someone gets a loan from a bank the bank creates both a credit (for the customer) and a debit (for the bank), the bank charges a little interest on top of that.

try door knocking, it's cheap (take plenty of business cards or some kind of printed material with your info on it).
