I see that you're in brooklyn, when I use to work as a plumber alot of our customers still had lead water mains coming into their house.

As someone that has come up through the field, not very many go down the licensing track and can figure out how to be entrepreneurial enough to serve residential customers.

So that was actually the first thing I did was add software that allows tenants to pay online and have autopay and have my website where prospective customers and come and rent a unit there.
