If I go to the Norfolk country court house is it gonna be easier to access the recent probate records with contact info and property addresses?

REI is something that I've always been interested in and am now seriously looking to invest out of state, possibly in FL (my home state), or other areas around the country such as KC, Denver, UT, Houston, Memphis and Nashville. 

Country is Spain (where it's still possible to buy relatively cheap). 

That is good or bad rent, depending on what area of the country you are in. 

Legally speaking i dont think they can lend just anywhere so you need to find a local lender for your deal or at least one who can lend for deals there.If your deal is in another country make sure you consult a lawyer about the legal requirements of wherever you are investing as an out of country investor (and your home country). 

His next question will be, why am I paying $50,000 a year for someone to work from home when a worker from another country could do the same job for 1/3 or 1/4 the price?

Erwin, just curious, where would you start if you were me just beginning your investment out of the country (USA) in Spain?

@Nick Kenrick I have done investing here in my local market, up in the Bay Area and other parts of the country too.

It's a big country, there are many markets with strong demand for real estate, which are trading at higher than 5 caps.
