Which ones are things you could do consistently for a long time? 

Hold people accountable with clear expectations and clear consistent feedback and direction, and you will be amazed what you can get out of most people.

If you keep the number of guests to a minimum and try to screen against potential party planners, you have a better shot at not getting caught.

As long as the NOI is consistent that’s the main thing.

Lots of bigger outfits do well with these mediums.Remember consistency is the key.

Just be consistent.
