BP should probably show the ratio of posts to votes, we have some newbies doing very well with their comments and just being an old timer isn't that big of a deal, IMHO.

To comment on soliciting MLS listings that is a big no-no for us.  

When friends are over, they would showcase the property like a expensive painting.There has been heavy investing in Toledo from China and the Middle East.I think those to areas would be an ideal target market for such a product.I have never done or attempted to do such a deal so my comments are based on what some of my more experienced partners where playing around with.Thanks and have a great day.

Not say not to comment to add to discussions, just asking that your qualify yourself as to suggestions.Here are other concerns relating to fraud and those types first mentioned.

State facts about the unit such as "2 bedrooms 1 bathroom", not subjective and potentially discriminatory comments like "great for a single mom" or "couples welcome" or "lots of Catholic neighbors".
