I was hoping to get some unbiased opinions for my situation from professionals here rather than calling my mortgage company.

Hi BP I just got a call from a property owner that wants to sell some land she has in Macon, Ga.

Then that's only what they check when they come back out to do the test if you call them back within 30 days If you're not onsight, definitely get some boots on the ground to help. 

If not I've heard about transferring the deed to the LLC after it has "seasoned" but this can also cause the lender to call the loan, which of course would not be great. 

I've only had one small issue and I was able to call a friend and he referred me to someone that was able to help me take care of it.

Who have you worked with that I can call?

Just make sure your Team is local and experienced and will return your phone calls promptly.  

However, I'm nervous that I won't know what to do when the seller calls.

l am a Registered Nurse presently who did some buying and selling of real estate in the past but lately I've been feeling like this is my true calling and would like to study it more in depth.
