My realtor Joe Keegan brought it to my attention after it had a recent price drop of $800,000 down to $1,600,000.

With that being said, if you have mixed systems i would look into a full rewire as the property obviously has not been brought up to code standards for many decades.

Business is ramping up but cant seem to have the time to prospect, follow up, market and work ON my business when I’m doing all the little stuff in between (creating content, email marketing strategies, Direct mail, etc) also working full time. so its brought me to the point were i want to just outsource everything.

Was it that you purchased property using your own credit then brought in syndicators to fund improvement?
