120 small multi family

I'm a new real estate agent and I found a seller that has 120 small multifamily properties that they are selling off.  He is interested in a sellers agent, but he would like if I brought him buyers.  


What is the best way to market to potential buyer's for these potential properties? These properties are in Muskegon, MI.
