Google brought me to bigger pockets.

I recently attended a Fortune Builders seminar, but decided that I could not afford their course so I started looking around the internet for more information on real estate investing which brought me here to BiggerPockets.

Today I brought my hard copy of the book with me to the office. 

Of the $420K, I got a loan for $304K, brought in a minority partner for $80K in exchange for 19% equity and spent $36K of my own cash in exchange for the remaining 81% ownership. 

I could have a property that brings in $6k and cost me $20k to purchase and have a property that brought me in $6k and cost me $50k how do I determine if they are a deal? 

I have also brought a friend with me so that if I'm busy answering questions or dealing with paperwork, he can answer questions from other "tourists."

Since i am not looking to be rushed through the process, I feel she may be a better fit for someone else, and should work on her tact in the future.Other than that, Kurt was excellent, and spent a great deal of time explaining the ins and outs of my situation, and actually brought up points that I had not even thought about.

For the year of 2015 I want to do at least 1-2 wholesale deals a month on my own but still do other deals that are brought to the table.  

He was single but did have a woman friend, but she was an old homeless woman who by the way,  he brought to court telling the Judge this was his mother who I was evicting.  

If I would have thought that I create competition for myself, then I will have not brought anyone on board, neither teach them the business that took me so long to learn and spent probably by now over $100,000 investment in seminars, books and real Estate courses.
