If I were just starting out now I would look in North Newark in the 07104 & 07107 area codes as close to the Forest Hills section or the Broad St. train station.

To put in other terms, you could look at this as trying to define your serviceable obtainable market (SOM) based on the collective serviceable available market (SAM) in your territory.

Now define what your criteria is.
