So you can use less fancy and less expensive materials like fiberglass shower surrounds, black/white appliances, formica countertops, no accent walls, no chandalier in the living room, etc.

And heres the thing, it is the same effect end of day BUT with the process I outline above, it not only has a way higher % chance of getting continued good tenant results, but it also often results in longer tenancy, because the tenant feels appreciated, that what they have done is noticed, because there it is in black and white detailed that they are getting $___ for doing ___.
