Although a lot of people will recommend "inspirational books" like 'Rich dad poor dad', "Think and grow rich" and these self-help/motivational books, I have a slightly different approach.

absolutely inspiring, I too am new to real estate and am moving to Vegas in a few weeks.

People literally drop their jaws to the floor in shock and awe while listening to great ideas.

Real estate has always inspired me, i guess I just have a pasion for the interior and layouts of homes in general.
