Hi Allan,Feel free to use me as a resource for NH, it's quite challenging in our state to find investor deals, but as always, some vigorous shaking of the bushes should result in some opportunities for you to add  properties into your deal pipeline.

Like any market however, you have to buy in the right areas which can be challenging for an out of state investor that doesn't know the neihborhoods and buy the right class of property.
