After curt Smith commented on the Lonnie Scrugs books the whole post went sideways into bashing Lonnie Dealers, Curt is right, but several of the books give a decent big picture overview of owning an MHP.

You can bypass yourself if you are a dealer.

Having your license and affiliating with a broker will allow you to network in ways not normally available to investors without their licenses. 

So, assuming you could do it professionally and offer all the affiliate services of clean out and contractors and whatever else they need, and, should the want a cash offer, you can ALSO offer this, it seems like a no brained.
