Hi Bryan,Aside from trashing a perfectly good house, I don't see how providing an accurate comp, repair estimate, liens, encumbrances, encroachments, is INFLUENCING the BPOThere is nothing fraudulent about providing truthful information to a BPO agent.

Assuming the data Tim provide and the data you provided is accurate, if you don't get insurance because you're in good health and don't need it, then the income the system is making off you is pretty much the same either way?

Interesting thread...I read the whole thing.Another issue in my mind is the lack of an accurate means to measure the success of a school.If you look at the core idea behind No Child Left Behind, it's basically "if a school does well it will be rewarded, if it does poorly it will be penalized".
