Having moved here from the mid-west almost 30 years ago, I get the allure to get here and never leave!

ya this is a a huge part of the business in most of the mid west.. and another form of sub prime and frankly taking advantage of those that dont know any better.. 

West Warwick can be OK, parts anyway.

Sadly we will be moving back to the west coast soon but have thoroughly enjoyed it here.

West Tampa and Tampa Heights seems to be right there in the middle of their gentrification.

@Robert EyersThe young, restless and the ambitious will always swing west, That said the low(er) cost of living in Austin is an attraction for many people but they realize it will come with strings like a lower salary and possibly slower career growth.

Something about having a 9:00AM settlement in January on a day with winter precipitation (sleet, snow and freezing rain) occurring in the morning, and the buyer’s loan is being funded by a west coast lender - so closing wasn’t happening until after noon time.

Colorado is still the wild west for investors and smaller cities still have opportunity. 

Many investors are looking on the outskirts, globeville, commerce city, west colfax, etc.
