About 8 years ago, I jumped off the deep end and started a few successful companies (marketing, web & hardware development, event management, and a couple others).

I chose the same contractor that successfully finished a smaller rehab for me.

Another thing to consider is that the more bookings you successfully complete through the VRBO or the Airbnb platforms the higher your property gets ranked and so the more people get to see it.

., but you are absolutely right I will need to almost multiply that number of units by 10x if I expect to receive the type of Cash Flow I need to deemed successful in my books.
