(%)For more specific location info, I am looking in near chicago south western suburbs, brookfield, riverside, berywn, lyons, as well as maybe northern chicago suburbs such as evanston (not as much focusing on northern yet though).I have been using numbers I found online already through research as well as asking in person at house tours, however I wanted the BP communities take on it as well.

I've been thinking about purchasing probate properties in the San Diego, South Riverside (Temecula, Murietta, Hemet, Palm Desert/Springs desert area and South Orange County.

Lots of options both north and south of the city from the Cape to Manchester NH.

I'm not as big of a risk taker, the more you can put down, the more cushion you'll have if the market turns South.

I don't think it has a heat pump as it is not common in south tx.  

We have bought property south of San Antonio in Von Ormy that has access to city electric and water.

@allieboone My units are in South LA, but in the county's non-rent control area, my first choice  for buy and hold strategy. 

Located in Port Orange FL just south of Daytona close to many attractions.
