Hi @Giovanni Moreno, welcome to the world of real estate investing :) If I was to go back to 18 and start fresh these are the first three books I would read:- Rich Dad Poor Dad- The Millionaire Real Estate Investor - The Richest Man in BabylonThen, after getting started with a rental or five, I'd read the following:- The ABCs of Real Estate Investing- Buy, Rehab, Rent, RefinanceStart with a solid foundation and a growth-mindeset and you'll have an unstoppable future!
