I am currently in North Carolina where I will began wholesaling. 

I am a General Contractor in NC and I would like to network and gather as much information as possible about real estate investing.

Case in point: Governor's Point on the NC coast promoted their lots where the Realtors/Investors allegedly paid cash and flipped the lots numerous times between themselves and bumped the 'comps' from $100k to over $1M each.

From a head count standpoint, the population in the south has grown almost double that of the west.Some of the fastest growing states on percentage basis include: Utah, Texas, Nevada, North Carolina, Idaho, Georiga, Florida, and Arizona.

We have found a foreclosure that is a lake front property on lake tillery in Norwood, nc.

I'm discovering this for myself and am therefore back to concentrating on rental properties in NC. 

So it looks like I just bought a daycare center in Charlotte NC.  

I currently live in nc but I'll be moving back up in a few months.
