Setting up LLC in North Carolina
Hello,
This is my first post and I am looking to set up a LLC here in NC. I plan on doing traditional wholesaling and possibly lease option wholesaling to build capital in the beginning. Then I would like to implement fix and flips and buy and holds eventually as well. What I would like to know is what all would need to be included in the operating agreement and how should the articles of organization be structured if I am the only manager/member? Any other advice and insight on this topic will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
