Hi Bp,I have a tenant that started working on cars at the property we rent to them.

I am a huge believer in that the actual Better strategy is being able to pivot and take what the market/numbers take you - i.e. at the start of the project, be open to Both (either a flip OR a BRRRR), whichever models out better for the individual project

If your tenant does not agree with the terms to continue on at the property he can leave.  

I look for recommendations on places like NextDoor, where local folks are complainers.
