That percentage seems similar to what you mentioned.Since the lenders are starting to discount more heavily and more frequently now than what I had seen previously, that percentage may start to rise.

I have not used it from these companies online that you see offering you to use their money for a high percentage and processing fee.One of my mentors trust me enough to use his cash and the way he has his POF letter states that it is a cash funding and the funds are available.
