I purchased a Moduler and I met a girl who wanted to sell her condo and her mother’s name was on the condo also and her mother would not sign off the condo until she seen her daughter’s name on my title and we are not married but now I want to remove her from the title and have it back in just my name again so do we both have to sign the title to remove her

Hello all, I currently have the opportunity to purchase my mother’s home with significant equity in the home.

I also live at home with my mother but am looking to move out and get into a house hack ASAP but I don’t really want to stay in NY I was even thinking about applying to work at BiggerPockets and move to Colorado.

If you want a document that is going to protect your Mother's interest, spend the cash and hire a good Attorney. 

I start to fume about it sometimes....but it's not their fault their health hasn't forced them into a nursing home yet.  

The mother was left to deal with these loans and works full time in a factory just to pay the bills.

The seller’s mother signed the house over to her, but her mother is still living.

Anything you say to the son you risk alienating the mother who is a good tenant.
