That way if tenants decide they do want curtains they are not standing on wobbly chairs nailing holes in your walls or the window frames because they don't have the common sense to purchase their own rods.I have, in the past, even used curtains when showing a house; I usually get these from the local Family Dollar, Dollar General, General Dollar, etc..

And the final nail in the coffin is that even after you do all that extra work and get to the closing table, the homeowner/investor is going think you ripped them off on the rate/fees when really that truly is the best you could do, given the lack of Fannie Mae subsidy.

Each had a package store, check cashing spot, beuaty/nail place etc-you get the idea.Anyway he'd fly down once a month, drive his rental to his bank and get his 9MM out of his safety deposit box, go collect all his rent, ALWAYS ALL PAID IN CASH, OFTEN IN SMALL BILLS.
