How can my online presence help me to grow my real estate portfolio?

Hey everyone, my name is Alex, I’m a new investor in Ontario and I have learned so much watching the podcasts and reading books from bigger pockets, I love the community and how helpful everyone has been, I would love to network with some other Canadian investors and learn some more!

You never know though.I don't refinance unless it is a significant rate change.

I'm not sure if I'm budgeting too much for expenses or if that's just how the market is in my area because it is very difficult to find anything that cash flows positive.

Still new here- I know I can find the cap rate by dividing the NOI by the market value but what's the most reliable way of finding the market value? 

I would like to know which are the best zipcodes to invest in and how is the rental market ion the area.

@James Clays - I echo other's sentiments here, but I would also add that once you have a good contact (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc..) make sure to always as them who else they know in the business.

She is having the mail forwarded from her ex apartment, but I cannot track that or know when she has received it.
